Access Keys

Access keys (TIP-1011) are scoped, delegated signing credentials on Tempo. They support per-period TIP-20 spending limits (for example '$50 per week for 52 weeks'), per-target and per-selector call scopes, and are revocable at any time — enabling subscriptions, auto-pay, and AI-agent spending caps.
